Our goal at Kandy Stripe Academy is to offer the highest quality education and childcare while providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for each child’s social, emotional, physical, and academic development.

Development growth in all these areas during the early childhood years is of the utmost importance. The experiences a child receives during this time, at home or in a childcare setting, will greatly affect the way he or she responds to other children, adults, and the world around them throughout life.

Kandy Stripe Academy has an academic program for training and aiding in the development of children in all areas. In addition to the academic program, each child will learn respect for authority, patriotism, and moral values. The curriculum for each class includes reading readiness, math, music, art, and other developmental activities planned to encourage self-discipline and confidence.

The center employs a staff of trained, experienced teachers whose goals are to develop in all students a respect for the rights of others as individuals and as groups. To provide each student with knowledge to acquire the basic skills and opportunities to develop moral and spiritual values, ethical standards of conduct and basic integrity.

We at Kandy Stripe Academy believe that education of children is a joint responsibility of parents and teachers. The development of genuine communication between parents and teachers is imperative for mutual understanding and effective education. When parents are interested, enthusiastic and cooperative, problems of the individual are easily managed. Your child is in the best possible care.
